Job summary

Trinasolar is looking for a Senior Manager of Data Center Development to lead site identification and development within the United States. This role focuses on sourcing and evaluating high-quality sites, managing due diligence, and advancing projects through permitting and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have over five years of applicable experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in land development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in land development or site acquisition.
• 3–5 years developing industrial or data center sites.
• 5+ years negotiating with landowners and utilities.
• 3+ years managing zoning and permitting processes.
• 3+ years in cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable development sites.
• Conduct feasibility evaluations for site viability.
• Lead due diligence and manage negotiations.
• Advancing sites through zoning and permitting.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships for project support.
