Job summary

Sterling Site Access Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to lead the monthly SIOP cadence, align demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives across Site Access Mat Sales, Mat Rental, and Structural businesses.

You will design and execute a disciplined SIOP process, strengthen forecasting capabilities, and partner with cross-functional teams to support growth, customer service, and working capital objectives. 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading SIOP processes and building high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead the monthly SIOP process across product lines.
• Lead strategic planning and cross-functional alignment with Finance and Operations teams.
• Oversee monthly demand planning and supply reviews; balance production and inventory.
