Job summary

Waters seeks a Sr. Single Cell Multiomics Sales Specialist to cover US Northeast territory from the Boston area, with 40% travel.

You will lead direct sales of the BD Rhapsody single cell platform and related consumables, partnering with field teams to deliver complete solutions. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in genomic sales, experience with single cell sequencing and NGS, and strong negotiation and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; MS/PhD preferred.
• 5+ years selling genomic solutions; experience with single cell methods.
• Experience selling single cell sequencing, transcriptomics, or proteogenomics.
• Strong MS Office and Salesforce skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 40% domestically.
• Ability to drive revenue and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to position BD Rhapsody products and solutions.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Provide feedback on market opportunities and threats.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution sales.
