Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Management SME to join a team supporting development, fielding, and sustainment of the Joint Simulation Environment software capability for airborne platform simulator training systems. The role emphasizes leadership across program management, engineering, logistics, and operations.

Located on site with 20-50% travel, the position supports AFLCMC interfaces and sponsor requirements while advancing a robust product roadmap and continuous delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years of directly related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decompose JSE ULRs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support the JSE Program Office to document sponsor-approved requirements.
• Oversee progression of ULRs through agile development and testing to fielded software.
• Collaborate with operational, systems engineering, and intelligence personnel to implement new capabilities.
• Participate in training systems meetings, design reviews, and working groups.
• Produce requirements documentation to guide roadmap and CI/CD decisions.
