Job summary

KBR in the United States seeks a Simulation Software Analyst/Engineer to support the integration and simulation of USAF open architecture programs and autonomy projects. You will drive development, maturation, and coordination of capabilities to ensure alignment across systems and improved mission effectiveness.

This on-site role involves collaboration with systems engineers and cybersecurity teams, support for demonstrations and test events, and contributing to digital engineering artifacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree in systems engineering, computer engineering, aerospace engineering, or related STEM degree program.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Systems Engineering.
• An active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Simulation Execution & Test Support: Validate simulation inputs, outputs, and system configurations; troubleshoot issues; monitor performance; configure and run simulations in lab/virtual environments.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze results, identify trends and risks; generate visuals and summaries for decisions; maintain test records.
• Digital Engineering Support: Develop and refine system models and digital representations; participate in Digital Thread/Digital Twin initiatives; improve simulation processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work with systems engineers, test personnel, and cybersecurity teams; support DoD customer demonstrations and test events.
