Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Silicon Yield Product Engineer to optimize manufacturing yield for cutting-edge ML accelerator servers. You will analyze ATE, SLT, and system test data, and develop automation to drive yield improvements across platforms and partners.

Collaboration with test, system validation, and DFT teams is essential as you design robust screening methods and dashboards for real-time monitoring and rapid corrective action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in semiconductor industry as a product/test engineer.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ATE, SLT and system test data to optimize yield and test time.
• Develop automation to compare yields across OSATs and setups with dashboards.
• Lead DOE planning and characterization to improve test coverage at ATE and system levels.
• Design dashboards with automated alerts for cross-functional monitoring of key metrics.
• Collaborate with test engineering, system validation and DFT teams to drive yield improvements.
