Job summary

AMD Austin is seeking a Product Engineer to drive yield improvements and optimize test flows across pre- and post-silicon phases. You will lead characterization efforts, analyze test data, and collaborate with Test, Design, Platform, and Fab teams to reduce cost and improve quality.

The role requires strong data-analysis skills, experience with Python/Pandas, and excellent cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment. BS/MS EE or equivalent is required.

• Ability to develop and execute characterization/test plans across pre- and post-silicon stages.

• Yield analysis to improve supply and reduce cost of production.
