Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop validation strategies and lead new methodologies for coverage and root cause.
• Own test plans from RTL simulation to silicon validation and production support.
• Mentor junior validation engineers and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automated regression for scalable validation.
• Validate ML accelerator performance and reliability with real workloads.
