Job summary

Wipro is seeking a senior Silicon Solution Architect to lead customer-facing solutioning for turnkey silicon programs in Mountain View, CA. You will shape solutions from concept to production-ready silicon and advise customer engineering leadership.

Responsibilities include architecture workshops, end-to-end turnkey solutions, and collaboration with foundries and packaging partners. Strong leadership and deep silicon expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in semiconductor engineering, including 8+ years in SoC/ASIC architecture or technical pre-sales leadership.
• End-to-end knowledge of silicon lifecycle from spec to tape-out to production.
• Expertise in at least two of: compute subsystems, interconnect/NoC, memory subsystems, high-speed I/O, low-power design, or chiplets/packaging.
• Track record of shaping and winning large engineering or turnkey silicon engagements.
• Advanced-node experience and working knowledge of foundry flows.
• Executive presence and strong communication with senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture workshops and technical solutioning for new silicon engagements.
• Define end-to-end turnkey solutions: SoC/ASIC/chiplet architecture, design, verification, physical design, packaging, validation and production ramp.
• Own technical scope, estimates and risk in proposals and statements of work.
• Partner with foundries, EDA/IP and packaging ecosystem partners to build differentiated offerings.
• Guide delivery teams through architecture reviews and handover.
• Mentor senior engineers and build reusable solution assets.
