Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an experienced program-management professional for a senior role in Sunnyvale, CA. The position focuses on leading end-to-end project delivery, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, IT, and business teams.

You will own program execution, develop project artifacts, and mentor teams while driving process improvements, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery to set standards and coach others.
• Experience with multiple Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative.
• Minimum of 4+ years of managing complex and highly integrated projects with a technical component; experience writing user stories and test scripts.
• Strong analytical skills with continuous process improvement mindset; ability to tell a story with data and derive insights.
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of high-level analysis by documenting current as-is and future state architecture.
• Assist in defining project scope and roadmap.
• Produce workflow diagrams and drive business analysis across stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, BRDs, test scripts, and project documents.
• Own project execution including reporting and cross-portfolio impact assessments.
• Manage tools used by business teams to stay aligned and communicate.
• Act as program management for cross-functional initiatives within Sales.
• Oversee end-to-end UAT including writing test scripts and issue resolution.
• Track risks, actions, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Step into delivery roles under pressure for critical programs when required.
• Support organizational development activities such as training and inductions.
• Use data to drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
