Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market and business development for the silicon photonics portfolio within Integrated Photonics Solutions (IPS). You will own the path from technology to revenue, shaping the commercial model and driving design wins with hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, ODMs and silicon/system partners.

You will define the IPS GTM strategy, build a robust pipeline from first contact through volume ramp, and lead executive-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical or business field.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor, optical, or data center markets.
• Proven track record in closing design wins or strategic partnerships.
• Ability to travel as needed and work from Santa Clara, CA or other Intel U.S. sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the IPS go-to-market strategy with target segments and accounts.
• Build and own the business development pipeline from first engagement to volume ramp.
• Lead executive engagements with hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, ODMs, and partners.
• Structure and negotiate multi-year commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Own revenue and design-win targets and report progress to IPS leadership.
