Intel Corporation's Integrated Photonics Solutions team seeks a leader to drive the development and industrialization of silicon photonics and high-speed optical products from concept to high-volume manufacturing. You will guide cross-functional teams across design, fab, assembly, test, quality, and operations while ensuring performance, cost and schedule objectives.

The role emphasizes manufacturing readiness, risk mitigation, and clear communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience or MS with 4+ years.
• Experience in silicon photonics, high-speed optical components or related semiconductor processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through development to high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead matrixed teams across design, fab, assembly, test, quality and operations to define the POR.
• Drive end-to-end development of Photonic ICs and Electronic ICs through production ramp.
• Balance technical tradeoffs with cost, schedule and risk for successful product execution.
• Drive manufacturing readiness, qualification strategy, capacity analysis, and site certification.
