Intel is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for silicon photonics in the IPS organization. You will lead go-to-market and BD efforts, drive design wins, and shape the commercial model for growth in optical interconnect and data center applications.

You will manage executive-level engagements and partner with multiple Intel teams to align plans and close high-impact deals in a rapidly evolving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• 12+ years in semiconductors, optics, networking, or data center.
• 8+ years in business development, strategic sales, or GTM leadership.
• Proven record closing design wins or commercial agreements.
• Ability to work from Santa Clara, CA or another Intel U.S. site; travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead IPS go-to-market strategy with target segments and accounts.
• Build and own the BD pipeline from first engagement to design win and volume ramp.
• Lead executive-level engagements with hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, ODMs and partners.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements including pricing and joint development.
• Own revenue and design-win targets; report on pipeline and forecast.
• Translate market requirements into product priorities in partnership with engineering.
• Monitor standards and industry consortia; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Represent Intel silicon photonics at customer briefings and industry events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, finance and DCG teams to close business.
