Job summary

Cornelis Networks is seeking a Signal Integrity (SI) Engineer to drive high-speed interface design from concept to production. You will perform SI simulations, measurements, and analysis to ensure PCIe and Ethernet pathways meet stringent specs.

You will collaborate with design, software, and manufacturing teams in a hybrid environment based near Wayne, PA. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in EM simulation, strong knowledge of SI fundamentals, and hands-on lab experience with SI equipment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with EM simulation tools.
• Knowledge of high-speed interface design and SI fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Perform SI simulation including modeling, pre/post-data processing and analysis.
• Support high-speed interface interconnects/channel simulation and analysis.
• Work in lab to perform SI measurements, SerDes testing, cable evaluation and correlation with simulations.
• Provide design guidelines based on simulations and 3D modeling.
• Review platform designs to ensure high-speed interfaces meet specs (PCIe, Ethernet).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move products into production.
• Develop technical documents and test correlation reports.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
