Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex, high-value signage projects from handoff to final completion.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and communications.
• Coordinate design, permitting, purchasing, fabrication, installation, and vendors.
• Anticipate risks and address issues to protect schedule, cost, and profitability.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, and project documentation.
• Hold teams accountable and escalate when needed.
