Job summary

Humble Sign Co. in Humble, TX is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex, high-value commercial signage programs for well-known brands.

You will own projects from handoff through installation and closeout, coordinating design, permitting, production, and installation with cross-functional teams. You will bring five-plus years of project management experience in signage, strong vendor management, and decisive leadership to drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience in signage.
• Ability to read sign drawings, surveys, site plans, and installation details.
• Strong communication, judgment, urgency, organization and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex, high-value signage projects from handoff through final completion.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage expectations and conversations.
• Coordinate Design, Engineering, Permitting, Purchasing, Production, Installation, vendors and subcontractors.
• Anticipate risk and address issues before they affect client, schedule, cost or profitability.
• Manage scope changes, costs, schedules and client commitments.
• Hold teams and vendors accountable and escalate when needed.
