Job summary

Pattison Sign Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead end-to-end delivery of mid- to large-scale signage projects for national accounts. You will coordinate all project phases from proposal through installation, invoicing, and closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

The role requires advanced project management skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with installation and invoicing workflows.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project management experience required for mid- to large-scale projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Experience with signage or equivalent industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support proposal, onboarding, and delivery through contract and order acquisition.
• Interpret designs and specifications to guide sign projects.
• Loster collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and invoicing teams.
• Manage communications between customers, landlords, subcontractors and permitting departments.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and establish guidelines.
• Track installation costs and manage closeouts and accruals.
• Ensure project information and status updates are posted in customer and internal systems.
