Job summary

CACI is seeking a SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join a mission-focused intelligence team supporting USSOUTHCOM, SOCSOUTH and JIIM partners. You will research, analyze, and produce finished SIGINT reports that fuse SIGINT with HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and CAI to identify threats in the SOUTHCOM AOR.

You will author time-sensitive reports in line with SIGINT policies, collaborate with collection managers, and help refine reporting priorities while advancing tradecraft and capabilities for

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance w/ Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, an associate degree and six years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in intelligence coordination roles at senior levels.
• 3 years of experience drafting and editing finished, serialized SIGINT product reports as TAR/SIGINT Analyst/Reporter.
• SIGINT or CYBER Analysis experience and knowledge of databases and collections systems.
• Expert level knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Ability to operate independently within JIIM environments.

Responsibilities

• Performs SIGINT, HUMINT, PED, and Next-Generation ISR collection toward identification and exploitation of threats.
• Researches, evaluates, and produces finished serialized SIGINT reports and time-sensitive reporting.
• Conducts quality-control review of reporting prior to release.
• Provides SIGINT, Cyber, and CAI analysis to support government day-to-day staff functions.
• Offers senior-level Intelligence Analysis to support fusion activities for SOFETOPS.
• Performs data management and supports integration across the enterprise.
• Analyzes theater requirements and coordinates with collection managers to refine priorities.
• Collaborates with DoD and interagency partners for real-time solutions.
