Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to join a mission-focused intelligence team supporting USSOUTHCOM and SOCSOUTH. You will fuse SIGINT with multi-source intelligence to identify threats, author time-sensitive serialized reports, and ensure outputs are timely and actionable for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating intelligence at O-5 level or higher in tactical/operational/strategic contexts.
• 3 years drafting serialized SIGINT reports as TAR or equivalent.
• SIGINT or CYBER analysis experience; knowledge of databases and collection systems.
• Expert knowledge of portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Ability to work independently in JIIM environments with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Performs SIGINT, HUMINT support, PED, and Next-Generation ISR collection to identify and exploit threats within SOUTHCOM AOR.
• Researches, evaluates, and produces finished, serialized SIGINT reports and time-sensitive outputs.
• Conducts quality-control review of reporting prior to release.
• Provides analysis of SIGINT, Cyber, and CAI to support government day-to-day functions.
• Offers senior-level intelligence analysis to support multi-disciplinary fusion activities.
• Performs tools-based data management and supports cross-enterprise integration.
• Analyzes theater requirements and coordinates with collection managers to refine priorities.
• Collaborates with DoD and interagency partners to deliver real-time solutions to threats.
