Job summary

CACI is seeking Target Analyst Reporters (TARs) to support core Intelligence Community missions from Fort Meade, MD. You will turn complex intelligence into mission-critical insights and work across SIGINT, IA, and CNO domains. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, with up to 10% travel.

As TARs, you will collaborate with analysts and operators to deliver high-quality intelligence products, develop target knowledge, and ensure reporting meets tradecraft standards in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Experience producing intelligence reporting for IC or DoD.
• Ability to partner with analysts, collectors, and stakeholders.
• Experience developing and disseminating intelligence products.
• Experience building target knowledge databases or tools.
• Experience QA and pre-publication reviews.
• Hands-on SIGINT analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex intelligence into mission-critical insights. Research, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple intelligence sources to produce high-impact intelligence products that directly support national security missions across SIGINT, IA, and CNO.
• Drive informed operational decisions. Evaluate and prioritize intelligence from passive and active collection, network analysis, and a wide range of multi-source intelligence—including IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and other collateral reporting to deliver timely, actionable intelligence that enables Government leaders to make confident, mission-critical decisions.
• Transform data into operational advantage. Integrate technical analysis with all-source intelligence to identify trends, assess emerging threats, and produce clear, concise reporting that advances customer objectives and supports real-world operations.
• Collaborate with elite mission partners. Work alongside intelligence professionals, analysts, and operators to deliver accurate, high-quality intelligence products that address evolving IC priorities and operational requirements.
