Job summary

Markesman Group seeks a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) at all levels to join our Fort Meade team. You will synthesize intelligence, research and report IC-relevant findings, supporting Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and CNO missions.

Roles span pre-release QA, collaboration with collectors and analysts, and producing products that convey trends, warnings, and actionable guidance for government customers, with TS/SCI with poly being required for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence reporting or analysis related to IC/DoD missions.
• Ability to draft/edit intelligence reports and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting findings for IC requirements.
• Prioritize and assess information from passive/active collection and related sources for government decision-makers.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information, provide feedback to customers, and issue products conveying developments and actions.
• Help develop databases or tools to enhance target knowledge and collection execution.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.
