Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR) to support IC missions at Fort Meade.

In this role you will transform complex SIGINT data into actionable intelligence products, evaluating sources and prioritizing findings for national security operations. You will partner with analysts, collectors and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate reporting that informs critical government decisions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience producing intelligence reporting that supports DoD/IC missions.
• Partner with analysts, collectors and stakeholders to understand priorities.
• Develop and disseminate intelligence products communicating threats and trends.
• Build target knowledge and databases to improve collection efforts.
• Perform quality assurance and pre-publication reviews.
• Hands‑on SIGINT analysis and reporting tools to translate complex data into clear intelligence.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills across datasets.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of IC tradecraft and agency tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex intelligence into mission‑critical insights from multiple sources.
• Evaluate and prioritize intelligence to support timely decisions across SIGINT, IA and CNO.
• Integrate technical analysis with all‑source intelligence for clear reporting.
• Collaborate with mission partners to deliver high‑quality products.
