Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/Systems Eng with 15+ years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate, and resolve technical and policy challenges for using commercial space resources in SIGINT.
• Collaborate across the IC to develop and plan requirements for National SIGINT systems.
• Document and map customer requirements to proposed capabilities across enterprise.
