Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior SIGINT Systems Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting the Chief Engineer by defining and implementing an innovative future SIGINT space architecture in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to the development of overhead SIGINT architectures and integration of new capabilities, including requirements definition and system-of-systems verification.

• Manage and develop requirements from higher level Enterprise governing documents to the Segment level
• Support transition of specification management activities into an MBSE framework
• Understand MBSE model development in support of systems engineering objectives
• Identify and assess segment-level impacts of new capabilities and facilitate integration into the program baseline
• Support development of SIGINT-level architectures and integration of new capabilities
• Support customer in CONOP development
• Coordinate with other acquisition offices to ensure end-to-end acquisitions that reflect sound systems engineering practices
• Support customer design reviews, providing technical insight to evaluate developer design
• Review acquisition documentation for compliance with system-level requirements
• Support progress tracking on enterprise level actions
• Review artifacts and briefings for NAB, ASC, CRP, QPR
• Provide technical insight to evaluations of developer proposals
• Review complex design documentation and provide feedback to the COTR
• Liaise with mission analysis and technical requirements teams to ensure completeness
• Develop and coordinate executive communications and decision briefings
• Support evaluation of developer proposals
• Support customer design reviews and evaluate design effectiveness and maturity
• Support the customer Chief Architect and Chief of Outreach as required
• Other duties as assigned
