Job summary

Altamira Technologies seeks a Principal Systems Integrator in Englewood, CO (or Warrenton, VA) to lead SIGINT mission integration efforts across multiple teams and government stakeholders. You will drive CONOPS development, mission thread integration, and testing, while mentoring engineers and aligning technical strategy with program goals.

The role requires US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly preferred, a CS/IS related degree, and 10+ years in NTMs/SIGINT integration.

Qualifications

US citizenship is required.
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
10+ years in NTMs missions and SIGINT integration.
5+ years in systems engineering, integration, testing and SW lifecycle.
5+ years leading teams with government partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to support HIVE Ground Integration contract efforts (NRO/GED/SGSPO).
Provide technical leadership across mission threads, integration and testing.
Develop CONOPS and mission threads; verify end-to-end integration.
Coordinate with government meetings (NRO/NSA/DoD) to align strategy.
Mentor Altamira staff to build people and technology capabilities.
Communicate vision to leadership and employees.
