Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Senior SIEM Engineer to engineer, sustain, and continuously improve cybersecurity monitoring platforms enabling enterprise-wide threat detection and investigations. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Engineering.

The role includes driving data collection excellence, designing scalable data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security operations across Danaher and its operating companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience deploying and optimizing enterprise log pipelines and SIEM solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with leading SIEM and security platforms (CrowdStrike, Splunk, Sentinel, XSIAM, Chronicle, Humio, Elastic).
• Proven expertise implementing data pipeline solutions (Cribl, Databahn, Bindplane, Vector).
• Experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP in scalable, secure environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for SOPs, diagrams, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data Collection Operational Excellence – monitor health of log data pipelines and SIEM platforms to ensure data availability and normalization.
• Design for Scale & Supportability – research, upgrade, and enhance data pipelines and SIEM to expand enterprise visibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure and security operations across Danaher and its operating companies.
