Job summary

Danaher is seeking a SIEM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of its enterprise-wide log management platforms. This role partners across engineering and cybersecurity to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable security monitoring across a global enterprise.

The position is fully remote within the US, reporting to the Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Engineering. The role requires 7+ years of SIEM experience and expertise with major platforms like Splunk, CrowdStrike,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience deploying, managing, maintaining, and architecting enterprise SIEM and log management solutions.
• Deep hands-on expertise architecting and optimizing leading SIEM and SOC platforms (CrowdStrike, Splunk, Sentinel, XSIAM, Chronicle).
• Experience implementing and integrating log data pipelines (Cribl, Bindplane, Vector, etc.).
• Experience across AWS, Azure, GCP cloud environments translating business needs to technical designs.
• Strong documentation skills including architectural diagrams and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME leadership for enterprise log data management and SIEM platform strategy.
• Design secure, highly available, modular solutions that scale with enterprise growth.
• Produce and maintain High-Level and Low-Level designs, reference architectures, and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and security teams to deliver capabilities.
