You will establish governance, transition plans, and performance frameworks, drive risk assessment, and partner with senior IT leadership to ensure smooth go-lives and continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
• 6–8 years IT experience with 2–5 years leading service-delivery and service-integration.
• Experience coordinating services across multiple providers (define processes, responsibilities, collaboration).
• Practical knowledge of ITIL-aligned service-management in multi-provider/SIAM environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-provider service-integration activities across internal and external teams.
• Define and maintain service-introduction frameworks, entry/exit criteria, readiness checklists, and transition plans.
• Establish governance mechanisms (OLAs, RACI, performance reporting).
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem-management across providers.
• Facilitate risk and impact assessments before go-live across operations, security, and compliance.
• Support IT staff by communicating expectations and monitoring performance.
• Promote continual improvement through analyzing delivery challenges and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align goals with budget and strategic initiatives.
