Qualifications

• 6–8 years in IT with 2–5 years leading service-delivery and service-integration functions.
• Experience coordinating services across multiple providers in SIAM or similar models.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL-aligned service-management processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and work in a U.S.-only federal IT context.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% for stakeholder engagement and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-provider service-integration activities across internal and external teams.
• Define service-introduction frameworks and transition plans for new or changed services.
• Establish governance mechanisms and integrated performance reporting for end-to-end services.
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem-management across providers.
• Perform risk and impact assessments before go-live.
• Support IT staff by communicating expectations and monitoring performance.
• Drive continual improvement through analysis of service-delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align goals with budget and strategic initiatives.
