ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an IT Services Senior Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, and security. You will oversee staff, coordinate budgets, and align IT services with business requirements to ensure continuity of computer, network, and application services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT staff.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct IT activities across infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud services, virtualization, databases, backup/recovery, security, and compliance.
• Ensure continuity of computer, network, and application services through leadership and oversight.
• Align IT services with business processes and customer requirements; promote best practices and continuous service improvement.
• Perform technical analysis, effort estimation, design reviews, compliance evaluation, resource planning, and milestone management.
• Forecast costs and resource needs; prepare budgets and performance reports.
• Recommend and implement hardware and software upgrades for IT assets and applications.
• Design, develop, and coordinate IT policies, procedures, and standards to strengthen service delivery and security.
• Audit systems, ensure data/network security, and maintain backup readiness.
• Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement strategic solutions.
• Prepare long-range system plans and priority recommendations; oversee feasibility studies and monitor implementation.
