Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager, Modern IT Service Management to design and engineer SIAM-driven ITSM solutions for large enterprise environments. Focus on platform-agnostic ITSM, operating model transformation, and integration across multiple tooling ecosystems.

The role balances detailed process design with strategic execution in client environments. The position requires extensive SIAM experience, ITIL 4 proficiency, and capability to deliver across ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and Jira Service

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in IT service management or ITSM platform engineering.
• Minimum 7+ years designing or implementing SIAM models across multi-vendor environments.
• Minimum 5+ years configuring ITSM platforms across two major tooling offerings.
• Minimum 3+ years of ITIL 4—practical application in design contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 yrs).

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM models, defining integration layer, governance, and cross-provider flows.
• Engineer platform-agnostic ITSM processes and data models across multiple tools.
• Redesign operating models with role definitions, teams, and governance forums.
• Design ITSM processes (incident, change, problem, configuration, knowledge).
• Define data flows and reporting for SIAM to ensure visibility across suppliers.
• Produce implementation-ready deliverables and support client engagements.
