Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer to lead system-level integration and test activities for space payloads and spacecraft. This on-site role in Palm Bay, FL focuses on developing EGSE, automated testing, and cross-functional collaboration across product lifecycles.

The candidate should have strong SI&T experience in aerospace or defense, plus familiarity with RF test equipment and tools like LabVIEW, DOORS, and TestStand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with SI&T experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain it.
• Experience with space-qualified hardware desired.
• Familiarity with RF test and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level integration and test engineering support during verification activities.
• Support integration for spacecraft buses, payloads, and full space vehicles.
• Develop and deploy Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE).
• Create and maintain test documentation and procedures.
• Drive issue resolution during test activities and program reviews.
• Interface with internal teams and customers to ensure test readiness.
