Job summary

Raytheon in Aurora, CO is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Integration and Test (SYS) to support the Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (SISR) program. You will lead integration, verification, and validation activities, develop test plans, and troubleshoot complex systems throughout the development lifecycle.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years of experience in system integration/test, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required.
• 5+ years of systems integration and test experience.
• Experience in CI/CD environments with regression testing and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Red Hat and scripting (Python/Perl).
• Experience with space/ISR ground systems or similar domains is preferred.
• U.S. TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required before start.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver ground system solutions.
• Lead/system integrate and test activities within an ART team.
• Identify issues during software/hardware integration and implement fixes.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for verification and validation.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues to ensure reliable performance.
• Support agile development and continuous delivery within the program.
