Ladders is seeking a Senior SI/PI Engineer to join our client’s team as they design AI-enabled compute servers. The role focuses on signal and power integrity support for high-performance compute server designs, with collaboration across Electrical Engineering and PCB Layout to define guidelines, review routing, and improve system performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in SI/PI simulation.
• Strong understanding of high-speed interconnect and system-level performance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineering and PCB Layout.

Responsibilities

• Perform SI/PI simulations to enhance high-speed interconnect performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish design guidelines.
