You will oversee reservations, guest communications, housekeeping coordination, and property standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

The ideal candidate brings prior hotel or vacation rental management experience and a strong understanding of occupancy, rates, and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in hotel, resort, extended-stay, or short-term rental operations.
• Strong hospitality, guest-service standards, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily short-term and extended-stay rental operations and guest readiness.
• Coordinate reservations, guest communications, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Monitor occupancy, rates, and revenue performance; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a unified guest experience.
• Ensure unit readiness, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage relationships with online booking platforms and direct channels.
• Prepare operational records and assist with budgeting and reporting.
