Job summary

Centennial Plaza Biloxi is seeking a proactive Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee the operation, performance, and guest experience of all short-term and extended-stay units on property. Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel, resort, extended-stay, or short-term rental operations is preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong hospitality, guest service standards, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all short-term and extended-stay rental units.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, access, and requests.
• Oversee housekeeping coordination, inspections, and inventory.
• Monitor reservations, occupancy, ADR, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with hotel operations and other departments to ensure consistent service.
• Lead recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
