Job summary

Biloxi Lodging is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue by generating leads, booking convention and meeting business, and building long-term client relationships for our 372 rooms, meeting spaces, family entertainment center and amusement park.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for hospitality, able to work with cross-functional teams to execute events successfully.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, events or convention sales.
• Experience managing corporate events, conventions and group bookings.
• Familiarity with CRM software and event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate, convention and group business.
• Cultivate relationships with convention planners, corporate clients and event organizers.
• Lead planning and coordination of convention, meeting and group events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies.
• Collaborate with hotel operations, catering and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
