Qualifications

• Proven videography experience in social/brand/in-house studio environments.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting and storytelling.
• Comfort working independently and with larger crews.
• Proficient with video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of social-first framing for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Film internal video projects of varying sizes and manage shoots with external crews.
• Develop and maintain the visual appearance and style of Adobe's video content.
• Apply social-first framing, pacing and composition for social platforms.
• Occasionally edit quick-turn videos when needed.
• Manage and maintain production equipment and keep shoot-ready.
• Collaborate with in-house producers, editors, art directors, and creative directors from concept to delivery.
• Travel to San Francisco or San Jose HQ for shoots; longer travel may be required.
