Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a senior shopper insights leader to decode purchasing behavior and turn insight into commercial advantage across retail and partner channels.

You will integrate custom research, syndicated data, loyalty assets, and transaction data to drive growth in category, customer, and commercial strategies. Build playbooks, tools, and routines that elevate shopper science throughout the system and test new pricing, promotions, and retail media programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, social sciences, consumer behavior, psychology or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in shopper marketing, category management, and/or shopper research within consumer goods.
• Ability to design efficient insight programs addressing business questions using large data and qualitative inputs.

Responsibilities

• Decode shopper motivations, missions, decision drivers, barriers, and purchase behaviors using diverse data sources.
• Build scalable decision tools, activation frameworks, and commercial playbooks to translate insights into action.
• Embed shopper insights into assortment, pricing, promotion, pack architecture, retail media, and merchandising decisions.
• Lead experiments and test-and-learn programs across physical and digital environments to improve decision quality.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Leadership, Data & Analytics, and Platform Services teams.
• Translate shopper science into actionable selling stories and strategic recommendations.
