Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Lead to join our team in Coppell, TX. The role focuses on resolving shipment discrepancies, coordinating receipt/shipping documentation, and serving as the point of contact for priority shipments.

Required: 6+ years related experience, supervisory background, valid driver’s license, and English proficiency. Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent; strong MS Office and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in International trade, export, and logistics.
• Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient MS Office applications ability.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• High School Diploma / Equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies.
• Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders.
• Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers.
• Serves as point of contact for priority incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Monitors shipping/receiving discrepancies.
• Develops solutions to mitigate errors.
