Job summary

Boeing Distribution, Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking an Associate Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team. The role involves verifying identifications, processing shipping documents, and handling hazardous goods per DOT requirements.

You will also maintain inventory of shipping supplies and support a range of logistics activities on site. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, preparing shipping documents, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to fluently read, write and speak English.
• Experience in operating material handling equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Place parts in proper location after identifying and verifying part numbers.
• Pick, pack and batch pick tickets; prepare warehouse pull and return.
• Schedule, track and monitor inbound/outbound shipments; ensure proper routing.
• Complete export documentation, shipping manifests, and dangerous goods paperwork.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and PO compliance.
• Load/off-load material, enter information into ERP, assist in counting processes.
• Match paperwork to boxes and prepare orders for billing/shipping.
