Job summary

Sigma Design Inc. is seeking a Shipping, Receiving, and Materials Manager in Camas, WA. The role oversees daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement to ensure safe, accurate, and timely flow.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work, coaching staff, and aligning ERP transactions with physical stock. The position requires a 7+ year background in warehousing/logistics, leadership of 6+ employees, and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience leading 6+ employees in warehouse.
• ERP experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Shipping, Receiving, and Materials operations and staffing.
• Coach and train team; enforce safety and procedures.
• Receive, verify, and document incoming materials in ERP.
• Oversee outbound shipments, packaging, carrier coordination, and docs.
• Maintain inventory integrity; perform cycle counts and adjustments.
• Investigate variances and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Identify risks affecting production and customer requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized warehouse; ensure readiness.
