Job summary

Plastic Printers in Hastings, MN is seeking a highly experienced Shipping & Logistics Professional to own daily shipping operations, oversee high-volume shipments, and ensure accuracy across domestic and international orders.

You will work with UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, FedEx, and other platforms, determine carriers and service levels, and mentor teammates while upholding exacting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant, professional shipping experience.
• Experience executing high-volume shipping.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping & documentation.
• Proficiency with carrier platforms (UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, FedEx).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily shipping accurately and on time.
• Process high-volume domestic and international shipments.
• Mentor less-experienced team members.
• Collaborate across departments to keep shipments moving.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and carrier discrepancies.
