Job summary

Plastic Printers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Shipping & Warehouse Professional to own daily shipping operations and warehouse readiness. You'll manage packaging, labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination for domestic and international shipments.

You'll work hands-on to optimize processes, mentor teammates, and ensure accuracy across orders, inventory, and materials. On-site in Hastings, MN, you’ll collaborate across departments to keep production and fulfillment moving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional, high-volume shipping experience.
• Hands-on experience with UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, or comparable shipping software.
• Experience with multiple carriers and shipping methods.
• Experience with warehouse organization, receiving, and inventory.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines with precision.
• Forklift experience or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping: packaging, labeling, manifesting, documentation, tracking, and carrier coordination.
• Process shipments using UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, FedEx, and similar carrier systems.
• Coordinate domestic, international, parcel, and freight/LTL shipments.
• Execute customer-specific shipping requirements, including blind shipping, branded packaging, customer-provided packaging, custom labels, and special instructions.
• Ensure accuracy across shipments, addresses, documentation, service levels, packaging, and tracking.
• Troubleshoot shipping discrepancies, carrier issues, and delivery exceptions.
• Receive inbound materials, verify quantities, resolve discrepancies, and ensure materials are properly stored.
• Maintain inventory organization and accurate counts while helping ensure critical materials and shipping supplies are available when needed.
• Stage materials and finished goods to keep Production, Fulfillment, and Shipping moving.
• Own the daily organization and readiness of the warehouse, including cleanliness, material flow, storage, waste and recycling, and general warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and/or perform grounds and property upkeep, event setup and teardown, and general facility support.
• Assist with fulfillment, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and custom packaging.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping, packaging, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Train, mentor, and support team members with less shipping and warehouse experience.
• Work across departments to prioritize deadlines and ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

We're looking for an experienced Shipping & Warehouse Professional who knows shipping-from carrier systems and high-volume workflows to international shipments and customer-specific requirements-and brings the experience to help successfully oversee the daily needs of our warehouse.

This is a hands-on position. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their experience, can confidently manage competing priorities, and is equally comfortable doing the work, owning the responsibility, and helping develop others.

What You'll Do

Required Experience

• 3+ years of professional, high-volume shipping experience

• Hands-on experience with UPS WorldShip, ShipStation, or comparable shipping software

• Experience working with multiple carriers and shipping methods

• Experience with warehouse organization, receiving, and inventory

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines with precision

• Forklift experience or ability to become certified

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday

• Reliable ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
