Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related security/military experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead security operations on complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with ISPS/MTSA requirements and SSP.
• Experience conducting investigations and reporting.
• Ability to train and supervise security personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations on board and in port.
• Act as Deputy Ship Security Officer for ISPS/MTSA issues.
• Lead investigations of incidents and prepare reports.
• Maintain Ship Security Plan and conduct internal audits.
• Train and schedule Security Guards on board.
• Coordinate with Port Facility Security Officers and Company Security Officer.
