Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking two experienced Plant Maintenance Managers for the Atlanta Main Plant. You will provide plant-wide maintenance leadership across four shifts, guiding resources to keep production lines productive while maintaining safe operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance teams, prioritizing resources, and driving reliability and continuous improvement across the facility.

Qualifications

Willingness to work a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule (6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am)
5+ years of experience in a high production 24/7 manufacturing environment
3+ years of direct leadership/management experience in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

Oversee shift plant-wide maintenance operations to drive efficient and effective operations
Prioritize maintenance resources based on plant needs
Provide technical leadership during equipment failures and production interruptions
Lead the shift escalation process and critical issue response
Supervise maintenance coordinators, mechanics, and EICs
Coordinate with cross-shift maintenance leadership to align on strategy and KPIs
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards
Collaborate with production, warehouse and quality teams for seamless operations
Drive equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance and operations
