Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Atlanta Main facility. This role involves hands-on maintenance of automated packaging equipment and utilities used to manufacture Home Care and Laundry products.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and proactively maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Starting hourly rate is $35.60 with shift differential where applicable and a 12-hour shift in a

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with automated packaging equipment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment with minimum supervision.
• Familiarity with 5S and progressive maintenance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair equipment to prevent failures.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and execute work orders.
• Assist with root cause analysis and feedback to maintenance planners.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders for new equipment and overhauls.
• Follow safety standards (OSHA) and maintain clean work areas.
