Job summary

The Clorox Company in Atlanta is seeking two experienced Plant Maintenance Managers to lead the Atlanta Main Plant's maintenance across one of four shifts on a 2-2-3, 12-hour schedule. You will coordinate resources for nine packaging lines and five blow molding lines, driving reliability and uptime in a 24/7 operation.

• 5+ years’ experience in a high production, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years’ experience with direct leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with maintenance planning systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift-wide maintenance operations and coordinate resources.
• Lead escalation and response to equipment failures and interruptions.
• Supervise maintenance coordinators, mechanics, and EICs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize downtime for maintenance.
