Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Press Operator.
• Sheetfed experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours and maintain consistent attendance.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Will be required to wear closed-toe shoes.
• Regular attendance and responsiveness to reasonable job-related directives as given by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 2023 Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press with advanced automation features
• Operate and maintain the Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV press to meet production goals
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues quickly and effectively
• Monitor job specifications and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
• Communicate regularly with other employees and managers
• Work an alternating overnight schedule: Week 1 Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Week 2 Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Stand approximately 90% of the time and walk approximately 10% of the time
• Handle confidential customer electronic files or printed material as required
