Job summary

HRforGrowth is actively seeking a seasoned Offset Press Operator to join a client organization, offering growth and skilled craftsmanship in high-quality print production using Komori LS and GL 6-color sheet-fed presses.

You will perform make-ready, monitor run speed and quality, manage ink adjustments with LAB color theory, record time and materials, and uphold safety and maintenance standards. Night shift availability and 60 lb lifting noted.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years offset (sheet-fed) printing experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with multi-color (2-6 units) offset press equipment.
• Understands LAB values and makes the required ink adjustments to maintain branded match color compliance.
• Possesses mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Komori LS/GL 6-color sheet-fed presses.
• Complete make-ready and achieve run speed standards and quality.
• Monitor product quality and minimize waste and rework.
• Apply G7 color theory for high quality process printing.
• Record time and materials, and maintain equipment.
• Diagnose problems, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance.
• Follow safety and SOPs; lift up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Perform other related duties to ensure efficient operation.
